Heart Disease is the Nations #1 Silent killer. A heart attack happens every 34 seconds. Some one dies from a heart attack every minute. This event is raise money for awareness and education for younger men and women ages 25-45, who don't know they may be at risk.
100% of proceeds are being donated to The American Heart Association. You can help by donating, volunteering, running or walking. Everyone of every age is encouraged to come. Survivors come meet other survivors and share your story.

My name is Ashley Londrigan, and I am a heart attack survivor. On July 31, 2016 I suffered a massive heart attack. I shouldn't have survived. Without the cardiac knowledge my mother knows, and her quick response. I wouldn't be here today. Penn State Medical Center Saved my life that day. They gave my kids their mom back. Please know I am only 32. I am to young. My life goal and mission were decided for me that day. I was going to raise awareness and education. I didn't know the signs, I didn't know what was wrong, I would have never believed it, if I wasn't living the intense pain. So as my motto as stuck... The beat goes on my friends
